Company and Contracting Party
These Terms form an agreement between you and FIGURICH LTD, the company that operates AddMana. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 15975561. Its registered office is 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.
Service Description
AddMana sells digital, prepaid usage packages for its hosted AI gateway. No physical item is shipped. A package can be used only through AddMana, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires according to the validity period displayed before purchase.
Independent Service
Names of third-party AI models, search services, tools, and applications identify compatible channels only. AddMana is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AddMana for unlawful activity, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, or activity that violates applicable upstream provider rules. AddMana may suspend access associated with abuse, fraud, or security risk.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
